Florida Poll (2019):

Open Primaries and Florida Fair and Open Primaries surveyed 615 registered Florida voters-Republicans, Democrats and independents. The survey was conducted by Public Policy Polling.

Maine Poll (2017):

771 Maine voters completed the automated survey performed by Public Policy Polling. Voters were chosen randomly from the voter file and proportioned to reflect the voter registration statistics by party in the state.

Florida Poll (2017):

Open Primaries, Progress for All, and Florida Fair and Open Primaries surveyed 735 registered Florida voters-Republicans, Democrats and independents. The survey was conducted by Public Policy Polling.

South Carolina Independent Voter Attitude Survey (2016):

Open Primaries surveyed Over 1,000 Independent voters from South Carolina to get their opinions about the state of American politics.

Illinois Voter Attitude Survey (2015):

Open Primaries surveyed 505 registered Illinois voters-Republicans, Democrats and independents to gauge voters’ opinion on the political environment in Illinois and provide voter education about nonpartisan reform.

Arizona State University/Morrison Institute for Public Policy: Who is Arizona’s Independent voter? (2015):

This first-of-its-kind study included four focus groups with 33 independent voters and 2,000 surveys gauging viewpoints of all Arizona voters, providing comparable and contrasting insight.

Philadelphia Poll (2015):

Open Primaries polled over 300 Independent/Non-Affiliated voters from Philly to measure their dissatisfaction, and provide outreach about reform options.

Florida Independent Voter Attitude Survey (2015):

Open Primaries surveyed 428 Independent/No Party Affiliation voters to gauge voters’ opinion on the political environment in Florida and provide voter education about nonpartisan reform
